الفكرةTHE IDEA

تقويم المطابقة: إثبات أن متطلبات محددة قد استُوفيت.Conformity assessment: showing that specified requirements are fulfilled.

هذا تعريف ISO/IEC 17000. وكل برنامج حكومي يبني عليه بأربع أدوات.That is the ISO/IEC 17000 definition. Every government programme builds on it with four tools.

ISO/IEC 17025

التفتيشInspection

فحص المنتج أو الإرسالية مقابل متطلبات محددة.Examining a product or consignment against set requirements.

ISO/IEC 17020

منح الشهادةCertification

جهة طرف ثالث تشهد أن المنتج مطابق.A third party attests that the product conforms.

إقرار المورّدSupplier declaration

المورّد نفسه يعلن المطابقة ويتحمل مسؤوليتها.The supplier declares conformity and owns it.

المستوى 1LEVEL 1

شهادة المنتجProduct certificate

تُثبت أن النموذج مطابق. يُختبر مرة، وتبقى الشهادة سارية لمدة محددة.Shows that the model conforms. Tested once; the certificate stays valid for a set period.

المستوى 2LEVEL 2

شهادة الإرساليةShipment certificate

تُثبت أن هذه الشحنة هي نفس المنتج المعتمد. تصدر لكل شحنة.Shows that this shipment is the certified product. Issued for every shipment.

كل برنامج من البرامج الخمسة «مخطط لمنح شهادات المنتجات» بالمعنى الوارد في ISO/IEC 17067: يحدد ما يُختبر، ومن يفحص، وكم تدوم الشهادة.Each of the five programmes is a product certification scheme in the sense of ISO/IEC 17067: it sets what is tested, who inspects, and how long a certificate lasts.

الطلب على المنصةPlatform application

سابر، نافذة، بوابة MoIAT، أو طلب الجهة في بلد التصدير.SABER, Nafeza, the MoIAT portal, or the request in the exporting country.

متابعة الجهة المقبولةApproved body follow-up

نرد على الملاحظات، ونرتب الفحص أو زيارة المصنع.We answer the findings and arrange the inspection or factory visit.

شهادة كل إرساليةEvery shipment certified

حتى الفسح، مع تذكير قبل انتهاء الشهادات.Up to clearance, with a reminder before certificates expire.

تصدر الشهادة جهة تقويم مطابقة مقبولة لدى الجهة الرقابية في كل دولة. نحن نجهّز الملف ونتابع حتى الإصدار. القوائم واللوائح تتحدث باستمرار، فنراجع النسخة السارية مع كل طلب.The certificate is issued by a conformity assessment body approved by each country's regulator. We prepare the file and follow up until it is issued. Lists and regulations change often, so we check the current version with every request.
